In addition to the scavenger hunts, the book also features "fun facts" about lesser-known Magic Kingdom lore.
- Cinderella Castle stands 189 feet tall. It was constructed this way to be under 190 feet tall, the height at which a flashing light would have been required on the top.
- The cherubs painted on the ceiling of the Grand Ballroom at Be Our Guest feature faces of the children of those Imagineers who worked on the project.
- Each of the female cast members at the Haunted Mansion wears a headband with a bat on it. The bats have names. If you ask, they will tell you the name.
- You will find various doors in Liberty Square with numbers next to them. If you put 18 in front of the address number that will be the year that type of door was used.
- In Pirates of the Caribbean, there is a pirate whose foot is hanging over the wall. Look closely and you will notice it is the face of comic Sid Caesar. One of the Imagineers was fond of Sid and put him in the attraction.

We specialize in books that have some connection to Disney or theme parks. Disney, of course, has become a broad topic, and encompasses not just theme parks and films but comic books, animation, and a big chunk of pop culture. Your book should fit into one (or more) of those broad categories.
Is It Going to Make Money?
There's never a guarantee that any book will make money, but certain types of books are less likely to do so than others. They include: hardcovers, books with color photos, and books that go on forever ("forever" as in 400+ pages). We won't automatically turn down these types of books, but you'll have to be a really good salesman to convince us.
Are You Great to Work With?
Writing books and publishing books should be fun. The last thing you want, and the last thing we want, is a contentious relationship. We work with authors who share our philosophy of no drama and zero attitude, and the desire for a respectful, realistic, mutually beneficial partnership.
